  • If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your registration may be reclassified under a different category, and the corresponding rate at the time of payment will apply.
  • All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.
  • If you are registering under the “Full-time Student/Trainee rate" category, a signed verification letter from your institution will be required. You can download the letter template here.
  • If you are registering under the “Nurses/Counsellors/Midwives" category, a signed verification letter by your Nurse Manager or Clinical director will be required. You can download the letter template here.

To sign up for a pre-congress course, you must be registered for the Main Congress.

Round Table Luncheon Registration

You must be registered for the Main Congress to participate in a Round Table Luncheon.

  • Each table accommodates up to 9 participants, and registration will close once all available seats are filled.
  • Please note that the tables may be subject to cancellation. If a table is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after the conference.

  • To request a group registration, please email to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected] before starting your registration process.
  • Group registration is only available when the total payment is made under a single invoice.
  • The discount applies exclusively to the main congress registration fee.
  • Payment for the invoice must be received by the stated deadline; otherwise, the invoice will be considered outdated, and different rates may apply.
  • Individual cancellations within a group registration are NOT allowed due to the applied discounts. However, a one-time replacement can be requested by the group coordinator via email to [email protected] on or before 1 April 2026 (GMT+8).

  • To cancel your registration, a written notification needs to be sent to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected].
  • Bank handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional bank fees related to the refund process will be borne by the participant.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Congress.
  • The cancellation deadline is based on GMT+8 (host location time zone).

Important Registration Notes

  • Registration forms without payment will NOT be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once full payment is received.
  • The wire transfer option will close on 10 April 2026 (GMT+8). After this date, only online credit card payments will be accepted.
  • For wire transfers, all bank charges (including inbound and outbound fees) must be borne by the remitter. Please ensure your bank selects the payment option “OUR” when making the transaction.
  • A one-time substitution is allowed, provided the replacement is from the same organization. A written request from the original registrant must be submitted by 1 April 2026 (GMT+8).
  • In the event of any disputes, the organizers’ decision will be final and binding.
  • The Congress programme is subject to change without prior notice.

These entities may offer travel and accommodation arrangements while requesting personal and credit card information. Please be aware that they are not affiliated with ASPIRE and may fail to deliver any promised services.
